Each workshop includes specific options for payment -- variables to include instruction, materials, shared semi-private housing, and meals. Materials are included unless marked otherwise. Some workshops can be taken as a commuter without lodging or meals (tuition only) should there be interest in staying off-campus and/or being completely food-independent. Please keep in mind that the intention is for each workshop group to share most meals together while in session for building fellowship and shared community.

- Cancels 4 weeks before workshop: 100% refund, minus Registration Fee ($50)
- Cancels 3 weeks before workshop: 75% refund, minus Registration Fee ($50)
- Cancels 2 weeks before workshop: 50% refund, minus Registration Fee ($50)
- Cancels 1 week before workshop: 0% refund, yet Registration Fee ($50) can be used towards another workshop*
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop for any reason, a full refund will be given. *Any last minute emergency drop situations will be considered for partial credit on a case-by-case basis applicable towards a future workshop.
Please understand that the above policy will allow us to maintain high quality, intimate workshops. Any non-refundable funds distributed to our operations from cancellations will be acknowledged as a donation to the non-profit, and will be acknowledged as such.
OQ Farm is able to offer a limited amount of partial need-based scholarships for some Master Workshops. We work to assure that all who want to participate can have that opportunity.
